Injection tools design

Our activities in toolmaking concentrate on designing the moulding tools for injection of plastics epsecially. The realted tasks are following:

• Requirement analysis
• Feasibility studies and revision of the part design
• The tool type and the injection system selection
• The analysis of cavities filling (in cooparation, Moldflow)
• Cavity design
• Design of ejectors and cooling/heating system
• The technical documentation
• Electrodes design
